Imerse yourself in a weekend filled with international film and world music at the first annual Chicago International Movies and Music Festival. Opening night is Thursday, March 5 and it runs through March 8. The programs will be held in the Chicago Cultural Center downtown, the new St. Paul's Cultural Center in the Wicker Park neighborhood, and various other music venues and galleries throughout Chicago. Programs will include music, films, and a combination of both. The Festival showcases the interelation of music to film and film to music in todays visual media. Film makers from all over the world will come together and present their work. Passes for the entire festival are $35.00 or you can purchase tickets individually from Brown Paper Tickets.
